Renovation of a multi-residential development in Alton, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Project Description: Replace water heaters at 50 apartment units at Alton Manor, 100 units at Alton Acres and 50 units at Oakwood Estate including remove and dispose of existing water heaters, new gas tankless water heaters, cap old flues, provide new combination CA/Flue piping including concrete coring and roof cut/patch and soffit removal and new construction. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount. Project is Tax Exempt. Do not include sales tax on products for this project. Project is prevailing wage. Use either Davis -Bacon or State of illinois Wages, whichever is greater. Submit your offer on the Bid Form provided. Bidders may supplement this form as appropriate. Offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers. Question Deadline 01/27/2026: Any prospective bidder desiring an explanation or interpretation of the solicitation, specifications, drawings, etc., must request it at least 7 days before the scheduled time for bid opening
