The City of Anaheim is seeking competitive bids from qualified vendors for a Wildland Fire Prevention & Habitat Restoration: Managed Goat Grazing Program. The contracted work involves the targeted deployment and supervision of goat herds for vegetation control, reduction of wildfire fuel loads, removal of invasive plant species, and encouragement of native habitat restoration at various City-owned and maintained locations. Services may also include the installation and relocation of temporary fencing, providing water and shelter for livestock, site monitoring, coordination with City staff, and following best management practices to ensure environmental protection and public safety. All activities must comply with applicable environmental regulations, animal welfare standards, and relevant governmental requirements.
