The project includes water service replacements, covering the full length of the existing water service line from the City owned water main to premise plumbing within each home or business being serviced. Bids are requested for a single prime contract for Lead Service Line Replacements. Bids must be submitted as outlined in the Bid Form. Question Deadline 04/13/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing via Online. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Prospective bidders may examine and obtain bidding documents through Commonwealth Engineers, Inc., either in digital format upon payment of a non-refundable fee, or printed format for an additional fee. Partial sets are not available. Questions should be directed to Commonwealth Engineers, Inc. All addenda will be issued to plan holders via email, with printed addenda available to those who purchase printed documents. No refunds are issued. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, accept any bid, combine bids as deemed desirable, and waive informalities. Bids may be withdrawn prior to the scheduled opening time, but not for at least ninety days after closing. Bid security is required in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
