The project encompasses the replacement of all fire alarm system components associated with 18 control panels and 23 remote annunciators. Work includes reworking and reconnecting fiber optic cables across 18 fiber cabinets, completing all required programming, testing, and commissioning of new devices, and ensuring full system functionality with code print-out capabilities. The upgraded system must comply with NFPA 72, 2025 VA edition, and remove all existing ground faults.
