The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, services and incidentals to complete all work required by these Contract Documents. B. The Contractor shall perform the work complete, in place, disinfected where applicable and ready for continuous service, and shall include repairs, replacements and restoration required as a result of damages caused during this construction. C. Furnish and install all materials, equipment and labor which is reasonably and properly inferable and necessary for the proper completion of the work, whether specifically indicated in the Contract Documents or not. 1.3 GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF CONTRACT The Work generally consists of removal of the existing vertical turbine well pump assembly, motor, right-angle gear drive, flexible coupling, and associated appurtenances and furnishing and installation of a new vertical turbine well pump assembly including pump bowls, column pipe, shafting, discharge head, motor, right-angle gear drive, flexible coupling, and associated appurtenances. The Work also includes removal of existing above-ground piping and installation of new 6-inch above-ground ductile iron piping, valves, fittings, and appurtenances. Additional work includes startup, testing, disinfection, and commissioning of the pump system, including bacteriological sampling and analyses, and all other labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to provide a complete and operable installation as shown on the Drawings and specified herein
