Renovation of a multi-residential development in Passaic, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The City of Passaic is seeking responses from qualified contractors to become part of a Qualified Contractor Pool to provide lead remediation/mitigation and/or lead abatement services for the 2025-2026 Lead Remediation and Abatement Program grant from the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs. The services are to identify and remediate lead-based paint hazards to prevent elevated blood lead levels in children and pregnant women. Contractors will be deployed to Lead Pilot Agencies in Passaic County as requested, with job assignments based on location and contractor availability. Only contractors on the NJ Certified Lead Abatement Contractor list can perform abatements. Minority and women-owned businesses are encouraged to apply.
