NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Avalon invites and will receive sealed bids for the furnishing of all labor, equipment, materials, tools, services, transportation, permits, utilities, and all other items necessary for Civic Center Housing Project Phase 3C: Site Installation. This covers all Site Installation Scope that is to occur subsequent to the setting and completion of all structural connections for the modular units. Refer to Bid Schedule and Attachment B.4 for detailed scope description for this bid package. Bids are to be based on the Modular Design Documents, other scope and reference documents. Bids must be submitted on City's Bid Forms. Bidders may obtain a copy of the Contract Documents from the provided sources. All questions, interpretations or clarifications must be requested in writing via email or submitted directly in Public Purchase.
