Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Meridian, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project is for a parking lot rehabilitation at Meridian High School. Bids are solicited from qualified contractors and must be submitted through the Bonfire e-procurement system. Bidders must be licensed in the State of Idaho and comply with the requirements of the Public Works Contractor's State License Law, as well as the Equal Employment Opportunity Provisions. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the total bid, including any alternates, is required. Contract award may not be withdrawn unless delayed for more than sixty days. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to disregard non-conforming, non-responsive, or conditional bids, to waive minor informalities or irregularities, to reject all bids, or to accept the bid(s) deemed best.
