The project consists of performing waste replacement at Ustick Elementary School. Bids are requested from qualified contractors to complete this work. Bidders must be licensed in the State of Idaho according to the Public Works Contractor’s State License Law, Title 54, Chapter 19, Idaho Code Amended. The bidder’s name must match the name on the public works license referenced in the bid. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any bid alternates, is required. Contractors must comply with employment practices and payment of wages according to Public Works Title 44, Chapter 10, Section 44-1001 through 44-1006 inclusive, Idaho Code Amended, and must comply with Equal Employment Opportunity Provisions as defined in the relevant federal regulations. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive, or conditional bids, to waive any minor informality or irregularity, to reject all bids, or to accept the bid or bids it deems best. Instructions to bidders include registering with the Bonfire e-procurement system to submit bids and directing any questions regarding the proposal through the Opportunity Q&A tab on Bonfire. Bids must be submitted online and received before the specified deadline. Late bids will not be considered, and no bidder may withdraw their bid after the deadline unless the award is delayed for more than sixty days.
