Jefferson Parish is seeking bids for the Transit Administration Renovation at 90 1st Street. All bids must comply with the contract documents available at the Jefferson Parish Purchasing Department. Bids are to be submitted electronically via the parish procurement site. Late bids will not be accepted, and the parish reserves the right to reject any or all bids for just cause. The parish encourages participation from small businesses, minority businesses, women's business enterprises, and veteran-owned businesses to increase diversity and manage costs. Bidders are invited to attend a non-mandatory pre-bid conference; however, failure to attend does not relieve bidders of their responsibilities under the specifications.
