The Borough of Bentleyville will receive bids for the Civic Center rooftop air conditioner units replacement project. Copies of the contract documents, including drawings, technical specifications, and bid forms, may be obtained at the Borough Office. No contract documents will be mailed. Contract documents are available free of charge by submitting a request to Danielle Ott at btvboro@fairpoint.net. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by the Borough for a period not to exceed forty-five days from the date of opening for the purpose of reviewing bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders before awarding the contract. A contractor will not be considered eligible if unable to initiate work under the contract within fifteen days of contract execution and proceed to complete the work within thirty consecutive calendar days of the Notice to Proceed. Work under Contract 2026-01 covers the furnishing of all labor, material, plant, utilities, and services required for the full replacement of packaged rooftop HVAC units and all appurtenances.
