Renovation of an educational facility in Jena, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Labor, materials, and equipment necessary to renovate the interior commons area at Jena Junior High School (Bid No. 26-05). Sealed bids will be received by the Maintenance Department at the LaSalle Parish School Board Office Building, 3012 North First Street, Jena, Louisiana. Bidders are solely responsible for proper delivery of their bids. Any offers received after the closing time will be returned unopened. All bids must be accompanied by an original bid security equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount bid, and must be in the form of a Bid Bond, Certified Check, Cashier’s Check, Bank or Postal Money Order. Bids may be submitted electronically or in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the project name and Louisiana Contractors License Number and delivered to the Maintenance Department. The LaSalle Parish School Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause.
