Sealed bids will be received for Peru Community Schools Phase 2 District Improvements at multiple sites in Peru, IN. All work for the complete construction of the project will be under one or more prime contracts with the owner, based on bids received and combinations awarded. Construction will be managed by the Construction Manager in full accordance with the bidding documents.
