The City of Reading is seeking bids or proposals to remove the defunct Hillside Pool property and renovate the entire complex. This work will include the installation of a new splash pad, renovations to existing buildings, improvements to storm water management, upgrades to parking lots, provision for ADA access, and updates to electric and water services. If an award is made, the contract and all terms and conditions outlined, including those in the bid documents, will form the agreement with the successful bidder.
