Renovation of a multi-residential development in Reading, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Reading Housing Authority will receive sealed bids for the River Oak Apartments - Phase III Exterior Renovations Project. The project consists of exterior and interior improvements to a total of six existing apartment buildings and one maintenance building within the River Oak Apartments development. Exterior improvements include roof patch, dormer construction, siding, windows, doors, trim, minor electrical adjustments required to facilitate the work, parge coating, and handrails. Interior improvements include limited partition construction, doors, and finishes. Bids shall be submitted on the basis of a stipulated sum. The owner reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids for any reason whatsoever. All interested bidders are encouraged to attend a pre-bid conference and schedule a site visit. Copies of bidding documents are available to qualified contractors. Questions about technical specifications can be asked through the specified platform, while questions about HUD forms, bid forms, or platform use can be emailed to the provided contact. All requests for information are to be submitted in writing before the stated deadline. Deadline to submit Questions Apr 2nd 2026, 11:00 AM EDT there will be and on site visit directly after the pre - bid conference . Time will be determined at the pre - bid conference due to the length of the pre - bid meeting and questions .
