The Reading School District is soliciting sealed bids for the Southern Middle School - Classroom 10 Renovations project located in the City of Reading, Berks County, Pennsylvania. Construction will be bid for General Construction under Prime Contract No. 1. Prospective bidders must obtain the Contract Documents in PDF format directly from CHA by contacting dei@chasolutions.com. Documents will be sent electronically after receipt of a non-refundable fee of fifty dollars ($50.00). Bidders must include with their request the contract they are bidding on, company name, contact person, complete address, phone and cellular numbers, and email address. Documents will be available March 6, 2026. Sealed bids must be delivered to The Reading School District Administration Building, 800 Washington Street, Reading, PA 19601. Attendance at a mandatory pre-bid conference at Reading High School, 801 N 13th Street, PA 19604, is required for all Prime Contract Bidders. QA date - 4-3-2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed as listed below. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by the Architect in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Architect and/or Construction Manager as having received the Bidding Documents.
