Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Reading, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The project will re-roof the existing Perkins Building at Penn State Berks. The new roof is an EPDM assembly. Fall protection will be added to the project along with a metal screen wall and skylight replacement. Abatement will be required. The prime contractor must be a PSU prequalified in Roof Construction.
