Renovation of a mixed-use development in Reading, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
The project involves the HS Athletics Facility Phase 2 Renovations in the City of Reading, Berks County, Pennsylvania. Construction will be bid for the following Prime Contracts: General Construction, HVAC Construction, Electrical Construction, and Plumbing Construction. Sealed bids for all contracts must be delivered to the Reading School District Administration Building. Prospective bidders must obtain the Contract Documents in PDF format directly from CHA after submitting a non-refundable fee. Bidders must provide information including the contract(s) being bid on, company name, contact person, complete address, phone and cellular numbers, and email address. QA date - 3-6-2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed as listed below. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by the Architect in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Architect and/or Construction Manager as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than five (5) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
