The Reading School District is soliciting sealed bids for the Comfort Station, Fieldhouse, & Pavilion Renovations in the City of Reading, Berks County, Pennsylvania. Construction will be bid under the following Prime Contracts: General Construction, HVAC Construction, Electrical Construction, and Plumbing Construction. To bid on the project, prospective bidders must obtain the Contract Documents in PDF format directly from CHA by providing payment and company information. Attendance at a mandatory pre-bid conference is required for all Prime Contract Bidders.
