The contractor will provide all necessary equipment, labor, materials, and incidentals unless stated otherwise in the Statement of Work to upgrade and modernize the one (1) passenger elevator at FCI Lewisburg. Offerors must adhere to all work requirements as outlined in the solicitation and attached Statement of Work. Offers must include an offer guarantee and comply with the provisions and clauses specified in the solicitation. Offerors are required to provide a technical proposal addressing their ability to perform all sections of the Statement of Work, and relevant past performance information for work completed within the past 3 years.
