The project consists of five (5) schedules. Schedule One consists of installing approximately 2,080 linear feet of 8-inch polyvinyl chloride (PVC) water main and approximately 250 linear feet of 8-inch High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) water main under Highway 212 and Rock Creek. Schedule 2 consists of replacing approximately 1,270 linear feet of cast iron (CI) water main with new 8-Inch PVC water main. Schedule 3 consists of replacing approximately 330 linear feet of asbestos cement (AC) water main with new 8-inch PVC water main. Schedule 4 consists of replacing approximately 1,900 linear feet of CI water main with new 8-inch PVC water main. Schedule 5 consists of replacing 670 linear feet of CI water main with new 8-Inch PVC water main. These improvements also include the installation of new water services, valves, and fire hydrants. All water services will be replaced from the main to the curb stop with PE service line. Project bid documents must be downloaded from QuestCDN which will add your company to the Planholder List and allow access to vBid online bidding for the submittal of your bid. Bidders will be charged a fee to submit a bid electronically. Paper copies of the contract documents, consisting of half size Drawings and Project Manual, may be examined or obtained at the office of Great West Engineering, Inc., for a non-refundable fee. Drawings and Project Manual may also be examined at multiple exchange locations.
