The work includes furnishing materials and labor to complete the 2024 Capital Project - Phase 1A, including additions and renovations to the high school and supporting sitework for the Haldane Central School District. Each bid must be on a stipulated sum basis for specified contracts. Bids must be sealed and submitted by the specified deadline. Late bids will be returned unopened. Bidding documents, drawings, and specifications can be examined by appointment or viewed online. Digital sets are prioritized to be environmentally and fiscally responsible. Complete sets can also be acquired on CD or USB for a fee. Bid security must be provided as detailed in Section 002113 Instructions to Bidders. Bids remain subject to acceptance for forty-five days following receipt. The owner may release bids early at their discretion. A pre-bid conference will be held for discussion with the Owner, Construction Manager, Architect, and/or consultants. Bids must exclude New York State sales and compensating use taxes on materials and comply with New York State Department of Labor Prevailing Wage Rate Schedule and conditions of employment. The School Board reserves the right to waive informalities or irregularities in received bids or to reject all bids without explanation. Question Deadline 04/13/2026 No interpretation of the meaning of the Contract Documents, the existing conditions, or of the scope of Work will be made verbally.
