Proposals are requested for FY LANDSCAPE & LAWN CARE at various locations in Sacramento, California 95814. The scope of work is detailed in Exhibit 'A' dated March 19, 2026, Exhibit 'A.3.A' for CADA Residential Buildings, Exhibit 'A.3.B' for CADA Commercial Properties, and Exhibit 'B' Terms and Conditions. Bidders must comply with Titles 18 through 26 of the Code of California Regulations, as modified by the contract or addenda from the Executive Director. Any requests for modifications or questions must be submitted in writing by 2:00 p.m. on April 17, 2026. Bids must be submitted on CADA-supplied printed forms and enclosed in an envelope marked 'FY LANDSCAPE & LAWN CARE - VARIOUS LOCATIONS.' Bid packages are available through the CADA website. The Executive Director may amend bond forms upon timely written request. Contractors and subcontractors must adhere to wage rates set by the Department of Industrial Relations, except for public construction projects of $25,000 or less or public maintenance projects of $15,000 or less, as outlined by relevant City Code and Labor Code sections.
