West County Wastewater District is seeking services from a qualified engineering consultant to perform research, design, engineering services during the bidding/pre-construction phase (such as construction bid review and RFI review) and engineering services during the construction phase (such as submittal review and as-built services) for a new modular Maintenance Support Facility Project. The consultant's services include preparing a fully permitted and approved design associated with the installation of a pre-purchased 30' x 60' modular for maintenance staff occupancy. Tasks to be performed include, but are not limited to, preparing a Health and Safety Plan and kickoff meeting agenda, reviewing provided documentation, locating and confirming utilities, conducting required potholing, researching available utility records, preparing design drawings at various stages (30%, 60%, 90%, and 100%) including ADA and seismic evaluations, performing topographical and structural analyses, coordinating with various agencies, obtaining required permits, providing engineering services during bidding and construction, and ensuring ADA-compliance throughout the design. Proposals must be submitted via the designated eProcurement portal by firms with appropriate qualifications, experience, and licenses as specified in the instructions to proposers.
