Sealed bids are requested for the Pollock Waterpark Leisure Pool/Water Feature Heater Replacements for the City of Oshkosh Parks Services. Bids must be addressed to the City Manager, c/o City Clerk's Office, City Hall, 215 Church Avenue, P.O. Box 1130, Oshkosh, WI 54903-1130, and clearly marked as a sealed bid for “Pollock Waterpark Leisure Pool/Water Feature Heater Replacements.” All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the name and address of the bidder clearly indicated. Bids not complying with these instructions will be returned unopened and unread. A mandatory pre-bid walkthrough meeting will be held for all contractors at 8:30 a.m. at Pollock Pool Water Park, 1550 Taft Ave., Oshkosh WI 54902. Bid proposals from bidders that do not attend the mandatory pre-bid walkthrough will not be accepted. Submission of bid documents by facsimile or electronic mail will not be accepted. Only bids physically received by the City Clerk's office by the deadline will be considered. Withdrawal of a bid must be requested in writing prior to the specified time of opening. Vendors may register for notifications of this bid and other solicitations via Demandstar.
