Description of work: Remove and replace a deteriorated trail bridge within Lacamas Regional Park in Camas, Washington. Primary bid items: Site preparation including clearing and grubbing, tree removals, removing existing bridge and constructing a temporary construction road; grading and stockpiling of roadway including haul; drainage and stormwater; structure excavation; shoring; gravel backfill for wing wall; steel reinforced bar for bridge; micropile foundations; micropile load testing; installation of owner-furnished superstructure; concrete class 4000 for bridge; crushed surfacing base and top course; erosion control including seeding and mulching, stabilized construction entrance, wattle, erosion control and water pollution prevention plan, high visibility silt fence, pedestrian traffic control, structure surveying, and SPCC Plan. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the Bidder's company name, project title, project number, bid opening date, and "SEALED BID" clearly marked on the outside. Bids submitted by FAX or email will not be accepted. All bids must be submitted on the forms provided in the bid documents. Bidders are responsible for obtaining and acknowledging any addenda. Questions and requests for clarification must be submitted using the electronic CRP Inquiry Submittal Form located on the County website. Bid documents can be viewed, downloaded, or purchased on the Builders Exchange of Washington (BXWA) website. Bidders are encouraged to "Register as a Bidder" on BXWA to receive notifications and to be placed on the Bidders List. Electronic and paper copies of bid documents are not available from Clark County. This project shall be physically completed within *** 180 *** working days.
