Jaguar Marching Band Donor Fence The general scope of the work includes but is not limited to: new brick veneer and cast stone wall cap (OFCI) on existing north retaining wall, new masonry columns, new footings and new cast stone caps, new concrete retaining wall with new brick/cast stone veneer, new aluminum fencing and gates, new concrete sidewalk, new curb and gutter and associated sitework. Install owner provided cast stone caps on existing north retaining wall and modify as required for new columns. New generator enclosure and gates. Install owner provided chain link fence on south retaining wall, cut down existing grade and coat back side of wall. A cashier’s check or bid bond payable to the University of South Alabama in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the amount of the bid, but in no event more than $10,000 must accompany the bidder’s proposal. Performance and Payment Bonds will be required at the signing of the contract.
