Description

Renovation of a multi-residential development in Kelowna, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

The University of British Columbia Okanagan (UBCO) intends to enter into one (1) contract with a qualified and experienced supplier/vendor to provide flooring replacement services (the “Work”) for the Okanagan Campus Student Residences. The scope of work includes the removal of existing flooring materials, such as a roll carpeting, vinyl sheet goods, ceramic tiles, and stair treads, and replacing them with specified materials including carpet tiles, vinyl plank, and metal nosing in designated areas.
