The District seeks to ensure clean, consistent, and high-quality indoor air across all facilities through a structured and cost-effective filter supply agreement. The District wishes to source all required MERV-rated filters from a single qualified proponent, ensuring standardized quality, reliable availability, and competitive pricing. The District will enter into a 3-year agreement with one (1) possible 2-year extension at The District's sole option with the successful proponent.
