Renovation of a medical facility in Kelowna, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility; medical facility; and medical facility.
KGH Medical Imaging General Radiographic (Gen Rad) System: Includes the replacement of the existing Gen Rad unit and reconfiguring the existing control room to address radiation and staff safety concerns. The existing Radiologist room will be repurposed and converted into a future chest X-ray room to enhance imaging capacity and support operational efficiency. KGH Negative Pressure System (NPS) for 4 South (4S) Pediatrics: Includes modifying the existing HVAC system serving two Isolation Rooms to establish compliant negative pressure airborne isolation capability, including the provision of required pressure differentials, monitoring systems, and alarm notifications to support a safe clinical environment for patients, staff, and visitors. PVC General Radiographic (Gen Rad) System: Includes installing a new ceiling mount compliant X-Ray system with required Mechanical, Electrical, and Structural upgrades.
