Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fence, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The Town of Fence Board Members will be accepting sealed bids for the following LRIP Project (Local Roads Improvement Project) Improvement Type: Resurfacing Surface Type: 70- Hot Mix Asphalt Pavement (HMAC) On Route 1: Morgan Lake Road At Route: TN RD 38 Toward Route: Buddy Road Structure: None Section Length: 9398 ft. Other work: Driveway Joints, Reconstruct Intersection Thickness 2", Travel width 10 ft. (per lane) NO shoulder work-The Town of Fence will be doing shoulder work. NO curb & gutter. The Town of Fence Board Members reserves the right to reject any or all bids or accept any bids or portions of bids which they deem most advantageous to the Township of Fence.
