Sealed bids will be received for Water System Improvements . The work consists of Storage Tank Rehabilitation, bid as a lump sum. All construction work and materials must strictly follow the Contract Documents. The contract will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder. The Owner reserves the right to correct minor clerical errors and reject any or all bids in accordance with the Oklahoma Public Competitive Bidding Act of 1974.
