The Salt Lake City School District (SLCSD), in conjunction with our design-build partner McKinstry, is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking a vendor to provide energy upgrade work to be completed at Whittier Elementary School, located at 1600 S 300 E, Salt Lake City, UT 84115. The project's base scope of work includes the replacement of two (2) boilers, one (1) water-cooled chiller, and one (1) cooling tower. The base scope also includes replacement of the lead/lag HHW secondary loop pumps and CWH pump & CW pumps for the chiller & tower, all of which with new VFDs. You are instructed to pay special attention to the RFP language regarding the information to be submitted with your proposal and the format of that information. Evaluation of the proposals received will be in accordance with the evaluation criteria contained herein.
