Multiple building flooring repairs to be performed across various facilities while the site remains fully operational throughout the construction period. Work shall be sequenced and executed to cause the least possible interference with normal facility operations and activities. Construction is to be completed within 360 days after award, with on-site management and quality and safety oversight provided by personnel who may serve in multiple qualified roles as allowed by the project specifications. Estimated Cost Range: Between $500,000 and $1,000,000 Requests for Information (RFIs): RFIs must be submitted to edward.e.pelser.civ@us.navy.mil. The cut off for RFIs is April 13, 2026, by 3:00 PM EST in order to process all inquiries by the proposal due date. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Site Visit: A site visit will be scheduled via amendment. This scope of work is to be accomplished at Buildings 24, 1011, and 8 at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. The contractor shall remove carpet in specified areas and replace along with any baseboard for those said areas.
