Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in White City, Oregon. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

Provide removal of the existing roofing system and installation of a new single-ply PVC membrane roofing system for an area of approximately 1,250 square feet. Work includes removal and disposal of failed roofing materials, repair of the roof substrate as required, installation of the new PVC membrane, flashings, edge metal, and associated accessories, and furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, permits, and coordination necessary to deliver a complete, watertight, and code-compliant roof system. The work is anticipated to be performed under FAR Part 36 construction procedures and is intended to result in a fully functional and durable roofing assembly. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
