Sealed Bids are invited for the "2026 Sanitary Sewer & Water Main Extension" project, involving the removal and replacement of sanitary sewer and water main extension along IL RT. 53 & Gardner Rd. Plans and specifications are available online or in full-size from Chamlin & Associates, Inc. Bidders must comply with the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act and the Illinois Steel Products Procurement Act. The successful bidder is required to provide at least 40% of all labor needed for the completion of the project. Each bid must include a certified check or bid bond equal to 5% of the total bid amount. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding process. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
