Site work for a water / sewer project in Fe Warren Afb, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of water system improvements such as removing and replacing old mains, installing new mains, fire hydrant assemblies, valves, and other appurtenances. Bids will be received for a single prime contract, and bids shall be on a unit price basis, with bid items for alternative installation methods as indicated in the bid form. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the instructions to bidders. Bidding documents may be viewed and downloaded online. A pre-bid conference is highly encouraged but not mandatory. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Questions received after 28th April 2026 may not be answered.
