Renovation of a residential development in Nashville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a four-room residential development.
The Town of Nashville has received a Community Development Block Grant-Neighborhood Revitalization (CDBG-NR) award in the amount of $950,000 for the 2025 CDBG-NR Project, which includes the rehabilitation or reconstruction of 4 housing units scattered throughout the Town over a period of 36 months. The Town Council is soliciting proposals for grant administration services to assist in the administration and management of this project in compliance with all applicable requirements under the North Carolina CDBG-NR Program. The fee for grant administration services will be paid with CDBG-NR funds. Proposals should be submitted no later than April 14, 2026, 2:00 p.m. to Randy Lansing, Town of Nashville, 499 S. Barns Street, Nashville, NC 27856. The Town of Nashville invites the submission of proposals from minority and women-owned firms, as well as certified Section 3 business concerns. This information is available in Spanish or any other language upon request.
