The Union-Endicott Central School District invites sealed bids for the 2025 Capital Improvements Project Phase 1. Prospective bidders are to submit their stipulated sum bids, including applicable alternates and unit prices, for work described as follows: General Construction, Mechanical Construction, and Electrical Construction. The project must be substantially complete as indicated in the contract documents. Bids must comply with the requirements specified in the instructions to bidders.
