Jefferson County Commission is accepting bids for Residential Roofing Services for the Jefferson County Department of Community Services. Work will include furnishing all labor, material, equipment, license, permits and inspections by the municipality and Inspection Services to complete all itemized Work in a quality, professional manner. Work shall comply with all local, state, and federal codes, standards, or laws, including all current ICC (International Code Congress) Residential and Building codes. All recipients of this solicitation are required to complete and return the enclosed Notification of Intent. Only those vendors submitting the Notification of Intent will be advised of any clarifications, addendum, answers to inquiries, etc. pertaining to this ITB. Notification of Intent should be emailed to the provided contacts. Telephone inquiries regarding clarification on any specifications of the ITB will not be accepted; all questions must be typewritten and emailed to the provided contacts. The County is not responsible for delays from any mail delivery system or late bid responses, which will be retained unopened in the bid file.
