Electronic bids will be received by the Director of Public Works of the City of Dayton, State of Ohio, for the BURKHAM PARK AMENITIES UPGRADE PHASE 1 project. Prospective bidders must be listed on the plan holders list through QuestCDN for their bids to be accepted. Bidding documents can be examined online or downloaded from www.questcdn.com, with a non-refundable fee of $70 for each set. A 10% Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) participation goal is set for the project, and all MBE subcontract bidders must be certified with the City of Dayton Human Relations Council and pre-qualified to perform the proposed subcontracted work. Certification and participation documentation must be submitted with the bid using provided forms completely filled out according to listed instructions. Requests for waiver of the MBE goal must be submitted on the specified waiver request form.
