The project consists of a single Prime Contractor Package: Bid Package #1 - General Construction for Dallas Center Elementary Secure Entry. Sealed bids are to be submitted as instructed. Bid documents are available to qualified bidders upon deposit; deposits will be refunded if documents are returned within fourteen days of the bid due date. Each bid must be accompanied by bid security in the amount of 10% of the total bid. The successful bidder shall provide a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each in an amount equal to the Bid. Bidders may not withdraw their bid for thirty business days after bid opening. The Dallas Center Grimes Community School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive informalities, and award the contract to the responsive, responsible bidder offering the lowest price while considering the quality of materials and services.
