The work generally consists of the replacement of approximately 1,000 linear feet of sewer main via pipe bursting and the removal and replacement of approximately 23 services, sewer manhole rehabilitation, sidewalk repair, concrete drive repair, installation of 8-inch thick concrete pavement intersection with monolithic curbs and transition, barrier curb repair, and brick roadway surface repair along Marye Street in Alexandria, Louisiana. Instructions to bidders include obtaining bidding documents from Pan American Engineers, LLC, submitting bid security of at least five percent (5%) of the total bid price, and furnishing a Performance Bond and Payment Bond each in an amount equal to 100% of the contract amount if selected as the successful bidder.
