Rapides Parish School Board is soliciting proposals from qualified proposers for Mitigation and Remediation Services for RPSB Facilities. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly printed on the outside with the vendor's name and the RFP name (RFP 27-00: Mitigation and Remediation Services for RPSB Facilities). The Board reserves the right to reject any or all proposals for just cause and to make an award in the best interest of the board. All costs associated with submission preparation will be borne by the submitting proposer. All submissions become property of Rapides Parish School Board and will not be returned. Rapides Parish School Board ("RPSB") seeks a contractor that will provide superior services at a fiscally responsible cost. Although cost is of importance, proposing the lowest price will not assure the award of the contract. RPSB demands safe, reliable, timely, and efficient service in accordance with all federal, state, local and IICRC rules, statutes, guidelines, and codes. Failure to address RPSB concerns and requirements as set forth in this RFP may disqualify a proposer from consideration. RPSB will require the Contractor to provide professional management, adequate workforce, adequate resources and supervision.
