All work related to the City of Alexandria City Hall Handicap Ramp Structural Renovations, including the installation of new structural steel beams and support systems, protective painting system, and water intrusion prevention measures. Each bidder must deposit with their bid a security in the amount of at least five percent (5%) of the total bid price. Bid bonds must be written by a surety or insurance company meeting the specified requirements. The successful bidder must provide a Performance Bond and Payment Bond, both equal to 100% of the contract amount, written by a qualified surety or insurance company. Bidders may secure bidding documents and submit bids electronically via Central Bidding. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids for just cause.
