West Memphis School District is accepting proposals from interested parties for Custodial Cleaning Services for a one-year contract. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope with one original and seven copies, clearly labeled as "Custodial Cleaning Services RFP" and delivered to the West Memphis School District Business Office at 301 South Avalon, West Memphis, AR 72301. Submissions must be received no later than Friday, 27 April 2026, at 2:00 p.m. An official authorized to bind the firm must sign the proposal. Late or faxed/emailed submissions will not be accepted. Bidders are instructed not to contact the Superintendent, School Board of Education members, or other school employees about the bid proposal until the process is resolved; violation may result in disqualification. Walkthroughs are conducted by scheduled appointment. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, negotiate with qualified contractors, waive any nonmaterial irregularities or informalities, or cancel the request for proposal if in the best interest of the District.
