Renovation of an educational facility in North Vernon, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a primary / secondary education facility.

Sealed proposals are requested for the furnishing of materials and performance of labor necessary for the Jennings County Secure Entry Vestibules Project at 34 West Main Street, North Vernon, Indiana. Proposals must be submitted as a Lump Sum bid. Each bid must include information and documents required by IC 36-1-12-4, be submitted in duplicate on a blank form furnished by the Architect, and placed in a sealed envelope with the project name marked plainly on the outside. A Bid Security in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, irrevocable letter of credit, or surety company bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid or a bid guaranty bond in the amount of 100% of the total bid must accompany each bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities, irregularities, and errors in the bids to the extent permitted by law. The Contract Documents, including Drawings and Specifications, are available for public inspection or purchase. Site Work: i. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, minor paving and demoliton work at two (2) locations. c. Fire Protection Work: i. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, rework/relocation of existing fire suppression sprinkler heads at three (3) of the school corporation's buildings. d. HVAC Work: i. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, renovation/rework to existing main entry vestibules and administration area's ductwork, diffusers, thermostats, and hydronic piping at six (6) locations. e. Electrical Work: i. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to removal and/or relocation of existing lighting, new lighting, lighting controls, power to handicap door operators, relocation and/or new fire alarm devices, rough-ins for access control/security as required. f. Technology Work: i. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to rework of access control, rework of paging system, intercom system upgrade, increased camera coverage, relocation of various equipment, extended and new category cabling for new vestibule and reception space needs across all ten [10] locations.
