Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Norfork, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The scope of work consists of the removal and replacement of filter media, distribution piping, and underdrain piping. Sealed bids from licensed contractors for construction of Wastewater Treatment Facility Improvements (including rehabilitation of the existing sand filtration system and related appurtenances) will be received. Instruction to Bidders, ACEDP grant requirements, Bid and Contract Forms, Plans, Specifications, and other contract documents may be examined and obtained at Civil Engineering Associates, LLC. Bidding Documents may also be downloaded at www.questcdn.com. Project Bid Documents must be downloaded from QuestCDN to be added to the Planholders List and to allow access to vBid online bidding for submittal of bids. Online submittal of bids will be accepted for an additional non-refundable charge. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bids within 30 days after the date of bid opening and must provide bid bonds as required. All bidding processes shall be in accordance with State law.
