TIMELINE: Kitasoo Xai'xais Nation is requesting proposals from qualified, licensed, and professional consulting firms with proven experience to provide design services for the project. It is anticipated that the method of this project delivery will utilize CCDC 2-2020, a Stipulated Price contract between the Owner and the Contractor. Once the design phases are completed and construction documents are prepared, the project can proceed to the tendering phase to obtain competitive or invited bids from interested general contractors.
