Site work and new construction of an industrial development in Sedro Woolley, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a 200-square-foot industrial development; and for site work for a industrial development.

Skagit County is interested in obtaining the services of a contractor to construct a livestock waste storage facility on one (1) property in Skagit County. The waste storage facility is a three (3) walled structure made of ecology blocks. The structure includes one (1) dividing wall to create two (2) bays. The structure has a concrete floor. The structure has a roof with runoff structures, designed according to Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) standards. The designed structure has an interior space of 200 square feet. Bidders must meet the following requirements: have a current contractor registration in compliance with Title 18.27 RCW, a current Washington Unified Business Identifier (UBI) number, Industrial Insurance coverage for employees, a Washington Employment Security Department number, a Washington Department of Revenue state excise tax registration number, and must not be disqualified, excluded, or suspended from bidding under applicable state or federal laws. Bidders must acknowledge receipt of all addenda in their bid proposal. Bidders are required to carefully examine all bid documents, assess the site and its conditions, and be familiar with all relevant laws and regulations. Submission of a bid is considered evidence that the bidder understands and accepts all requirements and conditions for the work. Any ambiguity in the contract documents that is discovered should be reported to the contracting agency; failure to do so may result in the bid being rejected or claims being denied. All technical questions and requests for interpretation shall be in writing and submitted by email with the subject line reading, "Waste Storage Facility- Groesbeck," no later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday, April 10, 2026, to Leanne Ingman, Natural Resources Technician, leannei@co.skagit.wa.us. Questions will not be accepted after Friday, April 10, 2026. ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE: $28,000 - $33,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
